Flowering from July-October this much loved Rudbeckia forms a slender frame of well-branched purple stems which creates a myriad of bicolored daisys in brown and yellow. Cut flowers for longer displays.
Soil - Well drained, moderately fertile
Position - Best in full sun, can cope with partial shade
Cutting - Excellent for cutting
Flowering - Throughout the summer
Additional Information - Attractive to bees and butterflies. Drought tolerant. Dead head faded flowers. Propagate by division in spring or by seed in spring or autumn. (Rudbeckia Summerina Yellow and Rudbeckia fulgida deamii are fully hardy.)
