Do you deliver throughout the UK?

We deliver to all parts of the British Isles. Unfortunately due to excessive freight costs and the risk of additional days in the postal network we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

 

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

All online orders will be confirmed via email to the email address you provide when you place the order.  We aim to despatch all orders within 21 days unless specified differently at time of order. Orders will receive an order confirmation and have a delivery note detailing your order.

 

If ordering multiple items will they all be despatched together?

Not always. To ensure that you receive your plants in the best possible condition at the best possible time for planting orders may be despatched separately. The despatch note included with your product will list all the items that should be included in that specific delivery. If any items are not included and not listed on the despatch note then please rest assured they will be soon to follow.

 

Will I receive growing instructions with my items?

The despatch note included with your order details the growing instructions for the variety listed.  If we can be of further assistance please feel free to contact us by following the ‘Contact Us’ link in the footer of our homepage.

 

Can my order be delivered to an address other than my billing address?

We do offer an alternate delivery address service so that goods can be sent to friends, family or to a work address for ease of collection.

 

How secure are my details on your website?

Ensuring the security of any and all information that you provide is of paramount importance to us and is taken very seriously. Transactions on the site are protected with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.

 

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

It is always our intention to only supply the best quality products produced by top-quality nurseries and nurserymen. Very occasionally damage can occur in transit or the plants may fail to develop following receipt. Should such an incident occur please contact us by following the ‘Contact Us’ link in the footer of our homepage where one of our customer service advisors will be very happy to help.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Cheques and postal orders.  All orders are processed and charged when orders are placed and cheques need to be made payable to Hayloft Plants Ltd.
